 Scott Orr has been a Washington correspondent for The Star-Ledger of Newark, N.J., since 1982. He covers politics, Congress, the White House, courts and federal agencies. His reporting frequently focuses on politics and elections, environment, crime, transportation and urban issues. He specializes in technology and the Internet and is the creator of the award-winning Web site Monicacam, a Webcam that tracked Monica Lewinsky's visits to her lawyers' offices in Washington. Before joining The Star-Ledger, Orr worked as a reporter for the Daily Register of Shrewsbury, N.J. Orr graduated from the Ohio State University School of Journalism with a degree in journalism and minors in political science and English. |
